Cala Varques is undoubtedly one of the best coves in Mallorca. It is located in the municipality of Manacor, just over 20 minutes by road from the Hotel Ola Apartamentos Cala d'Or. Although not all of the journey can be made by road. You will have to walk along a path, sometimes a little steep, for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the beach. Therefore, don't forget to wear comfortable footwear that is ideal for walking along an easy but somewhat uneven path. Llombards cove

It is located in the municipality of Santanyí, just over 25 minutes by road from our Aparthotel Ola Cala d'Or. It can only be reached by car, as there is no public transport to get to the area. The access by road is easy and the cove has a well signposted, large and free car park.

Cala Llombards is a slightly smaller cove than the previous one, approximately 60 metres in length, purely of white sand. Aesthetically it is considered one of the most beautiful coves in Mallorca. It stands out for its conical shape and two rocky cliffs jutting out at either end, giving it a special and singular beauty. This Mallorcan cove is surrounded by a pine grove and the waters are crystal clear with a level of transparency that allows you to see perfectly everything that is hidden in its depths. 

Cala Llombards Mallorca is a beach very frequented by tourists and residents, so if the good weather in Mallorca accompanies you, do not hesitate to go early. The waves are practically non-existent because the cliffs mentioned above protect it from them. It is therefore ideal to enjoy with the whole family.

For this reason, we recommend you park in the car park at s'Amarador beach, which has more parking and is free of charge. To reach Cala Mondragó, from this point, it will only take you 15 minutes on foot. 

The fact that it is located within the nature reserve gives this Mallorcan cove a great ecological value. Cala Mondragó has a very well-kept and natural landscape. It is a beach of considerable dimensions with fine, whitish sand and crystal-clear, shallow waters that are ideal for the youngest members of the family. The natural cove is surrounded by a striking vegetation formed by a pine forest and fauna that is totally protected. This makes Cala Mondragó one of the most beautiful coves in Mallorca.
